Wes has been CEO or COO with five early stage companies in software, Internet, and wireless segments. Currently he is Senior Vice President with The Brenner Group, one of Silicon Valley's oldest and most established professional services firms. Most recently Wes was President and COO of Nuvoiz, Inc. a mobile VoIP software company in Mountain View, CA from early 2006 through 2007. The company was funded by a strategic Series A investor from Japan and moved its operations to Tokyo in late 2007. In 2005 and early 2006 Wes was President and COO of cFares, a venture capital backed meta search site focused on international travel where he drove the company launch and achievement of early milestones, leading to Series A institutional funding. In 2003 and 2004 Wes was CEO of Gyration, a leading wireless device technology company based in Saratoga, CA., which was acquired by Thomson, the French electronics conglomerate.

From 1998 to 2002 Wes was co-founder and CEO of MadeToOrder.com, Inc., now iPrint Systems, a venture capital backed SaaS platform for Global 1000 marketing departments. From 1996 to 1998 Wes served as Vice President of Marketing for publicly held Global Village Communications, where he directed the introduction of easy-to-use personal and enterprise communication products. From 1990 to 1995 Wes was the COO at Calera, a leading venture capital backed document management software company, where he successfully launched a new generation of products, secured a worldwide OEM agreement with Hewlett Packard, and executed the sale of the company.

Wes began his career in mainframe computer sales with IBM. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Yale University.
